Hi, my name is Nikki Lee from Jacksonville, FL, USA. I’ve done a little of a lot of things including screenwriting, travel blogging, wildlife photography, truck driving, junk journaling, and watercolor painting. What can I say, I like to try things that strikes my interest (except truck driving.)
My favorite color is pink and I love travel. More importantly, I love the movement behind sustainability and conscious-living. It’s not new to me, I’ve dabbled in homesteading and minimalism, but coming from a big city, I often fell back into old ways. Now that I’ve moved out of the city into greener pastures, that dabbling can turn into everyday living practices.
I created The Pink Wanderer for that very purpose. I want to do something important. Our planet is beautiful (through Instagram’s eyes) and deserves for us to take steps toward a greener planet. I am hoping that my own journey through The Pink Wanderer will lead me into policies, politics, and major conversations surrounding sustainability. For now, my small steps of wonder will just have to do.
